Who Is Roszman Roofing & Remodeling?

Obie Roszman started in the construction industry when he was sixteen, but by then he had already been helping his Dad on construction projects around the house since he was a kid. In 2005 with his brother Ben, he started “Roszman Remodeling” later changed to Roszman Roofing and Remodeling to better reflect the work they do. Obie is knowledgeable in many aspects of home construction and is a certified Home Inspector in Ohio. Although he doesn’t practice home inspection, he brings those ideals to the roofing industry, and makes it mandatory for all members of the team to have an inspection-first approach to project estimating. When Obie’s not on a roof, he spends his time with his wife, two sons, daughter, and the chickens and pigs on his small family farm outside Historical Grand Rapids, Ohio.

Jim is a hard working guy from the old school. From back when people were allowed to work hard. He taught his son’s to work hard everyday and put others before themselves. Jim has been a “do-it-yourselfer” since before the term was around. He spent his career in the automotive repair industry, and always had a remodel project going on the side. He’s built houses and barns from the ground up and enjoys milling wood and doing finish carpentry in his spare time. Jim is a dedicated professional and will treat your home project just like one of his own.

As part of the Roszman family Noah has "grown up on the job." As a top national wrestler throughout high school and now college, Noah learned to have a high level of dedication. He brings this level of dedication to every task he is assigned while on the job. Much like his wrestling, Noah will do whatever it takes to get the job done right. We're proud to have Noah on our winning team!

Kingdom Odibe has been with the Roszman Team for nearly 4 years now, since arriving from his home country of Nigeria. During his time on the Roszman team he has learned the various aspects of proper roof repair and replacement and is currently studying to obtain his Master Shingle Installer Certification!
