  • Subcontractors and crews who perform work at your property.
  • Material suppliers and manufacturers, including for product orders and warranty registration.
  • Your insurance company and adjuster, when you authorize us to assist with a claim.

  • Service providers who support our operations, including but not limited to: payment processors, scheduling and CRM software, website hosting, email and text platforms, and accounting providers.

5. Photos, Inspections, and Property Information

During inspections and projects, we may take photographs and video of your roof and property, including by ladder, roof access, or drone, to document conditions, prepare estimates, support insurance claims, and verify completed work. We take reasonable care to focus on the work area and avoid capturing people or neighboring properties.

We may use photos of your home in advertising, on our website, or on social media. Before-and-after photos used in marketing will not include identifying details, such as house numbers.

We may place a yard sign at your property during or after a project only with your permission.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, understand how visitors use it, and measure our advertising. We use Google Tag Manager to manage these tools, which include Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta Pixel, and call-tracking software.

These providers may collect information about your visits to our site and other sites over time. You can control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and manage interest-based ads at optout.aboutads.info. Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals; our website does not currently respond to those signals.

7. Calls, Texts, and Marketing Communications

If you provide your phone number, we may contact you by call or text about your estimate, appointment, or project. We will send marketing texts only if you have given consent, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the link at the bottom of any email or by contacting us. We may still send you transactional messages related to your project.

8. Data Retention and Security

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, honor warranties, maintain business, tax, and insurance records, and meet legal requirements. Because roofing warranties can last many years, we may retain project records for the life of the applicable warranty.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You may contact us to:

  • Access or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your information, subject to records we must keep for legal, warranty, or business purposes.
  • Opt out of marketing communications.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law. To make a request, contact us using the information below. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party sites, such as manufacturer, financing, review, or social media sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will add a “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy and post the updated policy on our website. Significant changes may also be communicated by email or a notice on our site.
